NEUTRAL GROUND

SAN FRANCISCO DECIDED TO SHOW THE CITY A LITTLE HEAT.... NOW WHAT TO WEAR?

Contrary to popular belief, not all of California has warm weather. Most days in the not so sunny, more so foggy San Francisco, the temperature is usually between fifty and sixty degrees; and if you've been following the blog you may have recognized that I wore sweaters a lot over the summer. So when the weather man said it would be in the eighties, I was so perplexed as to what I should wear. I tried to keep cool in the heat but still give off a subtle fall vibe.  I kept my palette neutral, pairing a leather skirt with a muscle tee. If you know anything about California weather you know that layering is key, as the days are warm the nights are cool, so my olive bomber was a necessary completer to my look, and a great one I must say. I lifted the dark tones with the nude lace ups. Those who complimented me and asked where I got my skirt (Target)  and bomber (Forever 21) from, were surprised and delighted to hear that I got them both at a reasonable price----- you don't have to spend your life a way to get great fashion, its just about how well you piece the look together and exerting confidence!
